No human being can reveal any miracle including mathematical miracles based upon the below three verses (verses 40:78, 13:38, and 14:11), and a separate verse (verses 56:77-79) showing that only the sincere can grasp the meaning from this honorable and protected book of God, without specific authorization from ALLAH, the Most Wise. There may be over a billion so-called Muslims on Earth, but they have no power to reveal any Miracle from the Quran. They have no power even to believe in these miracles unless they give up all forms of IDOLATRY and are guided by God.
40:78 - We have sent messengers before you - some of them we mentioned to you, and some we did not mention to you. No messenger can produce any miracle without ALLAH's authorization. Once ALLAH's judgment is issued, the truth dominates, and the falsifiers are exposed and humiliated.
13:38 - We have sent messengers before you, and we made them husbands with wives and children. No messenger can produce a miracle without ALLAH's authorization, and in accordance with a specific, predetermined time.
14:11 - Their messengers said to them, "We are no more than humans like you, but ALLAH blesses whomever He chooses from among His servants. We could not possibly show you any kind of authorization, except in accordance with ALLAH's will. In ALLAH the believers shall trust."
56:77 - 56:79 - This is an honorable Quran. In a protected book. None can grasp it except the sincere.
